Whether you're a medspa owner, e-commerce brand, or wellness practitioner — we'd love to hear from you.
A multi-location fitness brand in the Philadelphia area came to us ready to level up their digital marketing. Here's how we partnered with their team to build a lead generation engine across all four locations — and helped transform their front desk operations along the way.
Fusion Gyms operates four locations across the Philadelphia region — two in the suburbs and two in the city. They'd built an incredible facility and community, but their digital marketing wasn't reflecting the caliber of their brand.
When they reached out, they were investing in paid advertising but weren't seeing the return they deserved. Their campaigns were generating awareness, but leads weren't flowing in consistently, and there was no structured system to nurture interested prospects into members.
Each location serves a unique community with different demographics, lifestyles, and motivations — which meant a one-size-fits-all approach wouldn't cut it. They needed a partner who could build personalized strategies for each market while keeping everything unified under one system.
This was a full-scale marketing partnership — not just ad management. We worked closely with the Fusion team to build the infrastructure, the campaigns, and the processes needed to turn their investment into real, trackable results.
We reviewed the entire ad account and identified key areas for optimization. We presented a clear roadmap to the Fusion team and aligned on goals, timelines, and KPIs for each location.
We designed and built a complete lead conversion system — including custom landing pages, a compelling trial offer, automated follow-up sequences, appointment booking, and real-time tracking dashboards.
Starting with a pilot location, we launched personalized campaigns tailored to each market. Once the pilot proved successful, we cloned and customized the system for all remaining locations.
We went beyond digital — training on-site staff on lead follow-up, tour booking, and membership conversations. We helped restructure their front-of-house operations to support the new lead flow.
We believe great marketing doesn't stop at the ad click. For Fusion Gyms, we built a fully integrated system that connects every touchpoint from first impression to membership signup — automated, tracked, and optimized for each location.
Within the 3-month build phase, Fusion Gyms had a fully operational lead generation system running across all four locations. Here's a snapshot of what we achieved together.
The best measure of a partnership is how the client feels about the work. Here's what the Fusion Gyms team shared with us along the way.
“Perfect, the leads were coming in as I was showing them haha! Thanks again!”
Adam, Fusion Gyms
“Before you came in we were getting no leads and now we have people booking tours with us.”
Ree, Executive Assistant — Fusion Gyms
How we partnered with a newly opened medspa in Fox Chapel, PA to build their digital marketing presence from the ground up — growing their brand visibility, filling their appointment book, and helping generate over $229K in pipeline value.
When Jenny Patel, PA-C, opened Refreshed Aesthetics in Fox Chapel, PA, she had built something special — a boutique medspa offering premium treatments like tox, filler, laser, and facials in a warm, welcoming environment. The space was stunning, the treatments were exceptional, and her clinical expertise was top-tier.
But there was one challenge: how would anyone know she existed? Her social media presence was minimal, her digital marketing hadn't been established yet, and there was no structured system to attract and convert new clients. She needed a marketing partner who could see the full picture and help build it from scratch.
That's when we connected — and we've been partners for two years now, growing alongside each other every step of the way.
We stepped in as a Fractional CMO — developing the marketing strategy, building the systems, and working closely with Jenny's team to bring it all to life. Our role was to architect the plan and equip her team with everything they needed to grow.
Developed the marketing roadmap, defined the brand voice, and created a content strategy that positioned Refreshed as the go-to medspa in the Pittsburgh area.
Launched targeted Meta ad campaigns designed to drive profile visits, consultation bookings, and membership signups — all optimized for the local Fox Chapel and Pittsburgh market.
Designed email marketing campaigns, SMS/mobile follow-up sequences, and automated DM flows that nurture new leads from first interaction through to a booked consultation — keeping the client journey warm and personal without manual effort from the team.
Collaborated with Jenny on brainstorming and refining the Refreshed VIP Membership concept. Created all digital prints, advertising content, and promotional materials to support the launch and drive signups.
Continued partnership refining ad performance, planning seasonal campaigns, coordinating events, and scaling what works — treating the business as our own.
We designed a complete client acquisition system that connects every marketing channel into one cohesive journey — from the first time someone sees Refreshed on Instagram to the moment they walk through the door.
What started as building a brand from scratch has turned into a thriving medspa with a strong digital presence, a growing membership base, and a marketing system that continues to deliver month after month.
The best partnerships are built on trust and results. Here's what the Refreshed team has shared with us along the way.
“We got 2 more quality models today that I emailed back! I think she is going to get treatment for sure. I think we have some great options!”
Jenny, Owner
“We have 6 emails and 4 out of those look like great models.”
Jenny, Owner
“Had 2 patients today come in and mention our reels on Instagram!”
Jenny, Owner
“Signed up 2 new patients today for our membership and the daughter found us on TikTok! They were a mother daughter duo — I got them both signed up for the monthly membership! So 3 new clients and we basically made back the money we spent on ads!”
Jenny, Owner
How a chance meeting at an aesthetics conference turned into a strategic partnership — helping a San Diego medspa build automated client acquisition systems, grow their digital presence, and get booked out two weeks in advance.
We met Nyree, the owner of Beauty Energy Exchange, at an aesthetics conference in Philadelphia. She'd built a beautiful medspa in Point Loma, San Diego, offering Botox, fillers, skin health treatments, and personalized consultations — but her digital marketing wasn't keeping up with the quality of her work.
Her existing ad campaigns were underperforming, with high costs per lead and low conversion rates. She had a growing social presence but no structured system to turn that attention into booked appointments. She needed a strategic partner who understood both the aesthetics industry and performance advertising.
We connected instantly. That same day, she signed on — and we've been building her marketing engine together ever since.
We stepped in as a strategic marketing consultant and Meta ads specialist — auditing her existing campaigns, identifying the gaps, and building the systems needed to turn ad spend into booked appointments.
Reviewed the existing Meta campaigns, identified areas of wasted spend and underperformance, and developed a new advertising strategy aligned with Nyree's growth goals and target clientele.
Launched targeted Instagram campaigns to build an engaged local audience in the San Diego market. Focused on reaching the right demographics with content that showcases Nyree's expertise and results.
Built automated DM sequences and follow-up flows that engage new followers instantly — nurturing them from first interaction through to a booked consultation, with email and mobile marketing touchpoints along the way.
Took over and restructured the lead generation campaigns, updating targeting, creative, and the SMS follow-up sequences to dramatically improve conversion rates and lower cost per acquisition.
Continuing to refine ad performance, plan promotional campaigns, consult on brand positioning, and help scale what's working — with the goal of getting Nyree booked out a full month in advance.
We designed an automated client acquisition flow that connects every touchpoint — so when someone discovers Beauty Energy Exchange through an ad or content, the system nurtures them all the way to a booked consultation.
In a short time working together, Beauty Energy Exchange has seen a dramatic increase in brand visibility, follower growth, and most importantly — booked appointments. Here's where things stand.
When the marketing starts driving real appointments and membership signups, that's when you know the system is working.
“We're booked out two weeks in advance now. The goal is to get to a full month — and at this rate, we're going to get there.”
Nyree, Owner
“Your work is definitely showing a huge change in the revenue stream so I appreciate it!”
Nyree, Owner
How we helped a wellness lounge in Bucks County build local awareness, generate a steady stream of leads, and evolve their business model from day passes to higher-value programs.
Revive Hive is a premium wellness lounge in Newtown, PA offering advanced recovery therapies — cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF, infrared sauna, and more. They'd built an amazing space with treatments that genuinely help people feel better, but their local community didn't know they existed.
They were active on social media but needed a strategic partner to amplify their reach and drive real foot traffic. The challenge wasn't the product — it was getting the right people through the door and converting them into recurring members.
They needed someone who could build targeted campaigns, test different offers, and help them think strategically about how to grow their business beyond one-off visits.
We partnered with Revive Hive as both their Meta ads specialist and business consultant — building campaigns to drive leads while also advising on offer strategy, pricing models, and front desk operations.
Built a structured campaign framework with 2 ad sets and 10 ad creatives per campaign, giving us a wide range to test messaging, visuals, and offers against the local Newtown market.
Developed 6 different promotional offers — from wellness starter passes to membership trials to treatment bundles — and tested each to identify what resonated most with the local audience.
Launched geo-targeted lead generation campaigns focused on the Newtown and Bucks County area, with built-in lead qualification forms to capture interested prospects ready to book.
Met with the owner to consult on business operations — advising on ad creative investment, lead conversion processes, and the strategic shift from a day pass model to a higher-value program-based model.
We built a streamlined lead generation system designed specifically for local wellness businesses — connecting Meta ads to qualification forms to front desk follow-up.
Within the first month of launching, the campaigns delivered a consistent flow of qualified local leads — people in the Newtown area actively interested in wellness treatments and ready to book.
When the campaigns start driving real foot traffic and the business model evolves alongside it — that's when you know the partnership is working.
“We've seen a real increase in day pass signups and so much more awareness in our local area. Once people come in and experience what we offer, they're signing up for our longer-term wellness programs.”
Laura, Owner — Revive Hive
“I love the creativity and thoughtfulness behind the ads. You really took the time to understand our business and what makes us different — and it shows in the results.”
Laura, Owner — Revive Hive
The complete walkthrough for setting up your Meta Business Manager, ad account, pixel, and conversion tracking — so your ads are built on a solid foundation from day one.
Meta Business Manager is the central hub for managing your ad accounts, Pages, and team access. If you're running ads from your personal Facebook account, you're missing out on critical features and putting your account at risk.
What to do: Go to business.facebook.com and create a new Business Manager account. Use your business name, your business email (not personal), and connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
Once created, you'll have a dedicated workspace for all your advertising assets — separate from your personal profile, with proper permissions and security.
Pro tip: Make sure you enable two-factor authentication immediately. Ad accounts get flagged and disabled every day — 2FA is your first line of defense.
Your ad account is where your campaigns live, your billing is managed, and your data is stored. Setting it up correctly from the start saves you headaches down the road.
What to do: Inside Business Manager, create a new ad account (or claim an existing one). Set your correct time zone and currency — these cannot be changed later. Add your payment method and set a spending limit if you want budget protection.
Assign the right people the right roles: Admin for yourself, Advertiser for team members who run campaigns, and Analyst for anyone who just needs to view reports.
Pro tip: Never share your personal login. Always add team members through Business Manager with proper role-based access. This protects your account and makes offboarding clean.
The Meta Pixel is a small piece of code that lives on your website and tracks what visitors do after they see or click your ad. Without it, you're flying blind — you won't know what's working, who's converting, or how to optimize.
What to do: In Events Manager, create a new Pixel and install it on every page of your website. Most website platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) have built-in integrations that make this a few clicks.
Once installed, set up your standard events: PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase, Lead, CompleteRegistration — depending on what actions matter for your business.
Pro tip: Use the Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension to verify your pixel is firing correctly on every page. A misconfigured pixel means bad data, which means bad decisions.
With browser privacy changes and iOS updates, the Pixel alone isn't enough anymore. Conversions API sends event data directly from your server to Meta — giving you more accurate tracking and better optimization.
What to do: In Events Manager, set up Conversions API alongside your Pixel. Many platforms offer one-click CAPI integration (Shopify has it built in, WordPress has plugins). The goal is to have both Pixel and CAPI firing the same events for redundancy.
This is what separates businesses that wonder "are my ads working?" from businesses that know exactly what every dollar is doing.
Pro tip: Enable Event Match Quality scoring in Events Manager. Aim for a score of 6 or higher — this directly impacts how well Meta can optimize your campaigns.
Domain verification proves to Meta that you own your website, and Aggregated Event Measurement lets you prioritize which conversion events matter most — critical for accurate tracking.
What to do: In Business Settings, go to Brand Safety > Domains and verify your domain by adding a DNS TXT record or uploading an HTML file. Then in Events Manager, configure your Aggregated Event Measurement by ranking your top 8 events in priority order.
Put your most valuable conversion event at the top (usually Purchase or Lead) and work down from there. This tells Meta what to optimize for when data is limited.
Pro tip: Your foundation is everything. Take the time to set this up right before you spend a single dollar on ads. A properly configured account will outperform a sloppy one every time — no matter how good your creative is.
Our team handles the entire setup process as part of every client engagement. Book a call and we'll make sure your foundation is rock solid.
Book a Discovery CallNot all Meta campaigns are created equal. The right campaign type depends on your business model, your goals, and where your customers are in their journey. Here's what works for each.
Skincare, hair care, wellness products, beauty brands — anyone selling products online.
E-commerce advertising is all about moving people from discovery to purchase as efficiently as possible. Your campaigns need to work together as a system — not isolated efforts.
Meta's AI-powered campaign type that automatically finds buyers. Best for brands with an established product catalog and conversion data. Let the algorithm do the heavy lifting.
Warm up cold audiences with content that educates and builds trust. Product demos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes — create familiarity before asking for the sale.
Dynamic Product Ads show people the exact products they viewed. Retarget website visitors, add-to-cart abandoners, and past purchasers with personalized offers.
The key for e-commerce: your creative is your targeting. Meta's algorithm is smart enough to find buyers — your job is to give it scroll-stopping creative that makes people want what you're selling.
Medspas, fitness studios, salons, recovery spas, wellness lounges — anyone who needs people to walk through a physical door.
Local advertising is a different game. You're not selling a product online — you're filling an appointment book. The campaigns that work here are designed to capture interest and make it easy to take the next step.
Native Meta lead forms that auto-fill user info. Low friction, high volume. Perfect for introductory offers like trial passes, free consultations, or limited-time promotions.
Build brand recognition in your local area so people already know your name when they see your lead ad. Geo-target within your service radius for maximum efficiency.
Drive people to your Instagram profile or website to build familiarity. Works well as a warming strategy before hitting them with a lead generation campaign.
The key for local businesses: your offer matters more than your targeting. A compelling introductory offer (trial pass, starter package, free consultation) with geo-targeting and a fast follow-up system will outperform a generic "book now" every time.
Coaches, consultants, nutritionists, trainers, estheticians — anyone selling expertise and services online.
Service-based businesses need a different approach. You're not selling a $30 product — you're selling a relationship. The campaigns here are designed to build authority, generate qualified leads, and fill your calendar with people who are ready to invest.
Position yourself as the expert with educational content, client transformations, and value-first videos. Build an audience of warm prospects who already trust you.
Offer a free resource (guide, checklist, webinar) in exchange for contact info. Drives people into your email list where you can nurture them toward a booking.
For higher-ticket services, use application funnels that pre-qualify leads before they book a call. Filters out tire-kickers and fills your calendar with serious prospects.
The key for service providers: your funnel is everything. The ad is just the entry point — what happens after the click (landing page, email sequence, booking flow) determines whether you get a client or just a click.
The best campaign type is the one that matches your business model, your audience, and your goals. There's no one-size-fits-all — which is exactly why we build personalized strategies for every client we work with.
If you're not sure which approach is right for your brand, that's what our discovery calls are for. We'll map it out together.
Book a discovery call and we'll build a custom campaign strategy based on your business model and goals.
